If you purchase a Service, then these payment terms apply to your purchase and subscription and you agree to them.
a. Charges.
If there is a charge associated with a portion of the Services, you agree to pay that charge. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also, you agree that:
- Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates), unless stated otherwise.
- The price is for Pawfit paid products and is tax included, unless stated otherwise.
We may suspend or cancel the Services if we do not receive an on time, full payment from you. Suspension or cancellation of the Services for non-payment could result in a loss of the paid Services. Connecting to the Internet via a corporate or other private network that masks your location may cause charges to be different from those displayed for your actual location.
If you purchase a Service, your will automatically be charged immediately. To purchase further Services, you will be charged before the Services come into effect and you may cancel the Services with or without cause at any time before the commencement date.
b. Your Billing Account.
To pay the charges for a Service, you will be asked to provide or to create a PayPal account and other billing information at the time you sign up for that Service. You can access and change your billing information on PayPal. Additionally, you agree that:
- to allow Pawfit to use updated account information regarding your selected payment method.
- to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed in connection with your transactions.
- changes made to your billing account will not affect charges we submit to your billing account before we could reasonably act on your changes to your billing account.
- you should follow regulations set up by PayPal.
c. Billing.
By providing Pawfit with a payment method,
- you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate;
- you authorise Pawfit to charge you for the Services or available content by using your payment method; and
- you authorise Pawfit to charge you for any paid feature of the Services you choose to sign up for or use while these Terms are in force.
We may bill you (a) in advance; (b) at the time of purchase; (c) shortly after purchase; or (d) on a recurring basis for subscription, if you opt in it. Also, we may charge you up to the amount you have approved, and we will notify you in advance of any change in the amount to be charged for recurring subscription Services. We may bill you at the same time for more than one of your prior billing periods for amounts that haven't previously been processed.
d. Recurring Payments.
When you purchase the Services on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly, every half a year or annually), you agree that you are authorising recurring payments, and payments will be made to Pawfit by the method and at the recurring intervals you have agreed to, until the subscription for that Service is terminated by you or by Pawfit. Subscription fees are generally charged in advance of the applicable subscription period. If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Pawfit or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee and process any such payment as an Electronic Payment.
e. Automatic Renewal.
If automatic renewals are allowed in your state, you may choose for Services to automatically renew at the end of a fixed service period. We will remind you by sending Email or notifications via the Pawfit APP, or other reasonable manners, before any Services renew for a new term, and notify you of any price changes. Once we have reminded you that you elected to automatically renew the Services, we may automatically renew your Services at the end of the current service period and charge you the then current price for the renewal term, unless you have chosen to cancel the Services as described below. We will also remind you that we will bill your chosen payment method for the Services renewal, whether it was on file on the renewal date or provided later. We will also provide you with instructions on how you may cancel the Services. You must cancel the Services before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the renewal.
f. Online Statement and Errors.
Pawfit will provide you with an online billing statement via the Pawfit App, where you can view your statements. If we make an error on your bill, you must tell us within 90 days after the error first appears on your bill. We will then promptly investigate the charge. If you do not tell us within that time, you release us from all liability and claims of loss resulting from the error and we won't be required to correct the error or provide a refund. If Pawfit has identified a billing error, we will inform you by sending email to your registered email address and correct that error within 90 days.
g. Refund Policy.
Please note that to qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
For Pawfit devices:
- Returned Product must be packed in its original packaging including all accessories that shipped with the product and returned product must be undamaged and in good working condition.
- If at any time within 30 days of purchasing your Pawfit device(s), you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to Pawfit for a refund.
- An RRN (Return Reference Number) must be requested from Pawfit's customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date and the Product must be received by the Pawfit support team within 10 days after issuance of the RRN. For subscription:
- if you require a refund for a subscription, you may submit a request before the effective date or within 14 days after the commencement date.
- your early termination fee will be calculated by the number of calendar months that have been unused and charging 40% of that monetary value. Please note that early termination fee is only applicable to the half a year and annual subscription.
Additionally, please note that:
- shipping and handling charges and paid taxes (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- you are responsible for shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Pawfit. Pawfit recommends that you use a tracking service for your protection.
- please do not send Pawfit the device before requesting a return, as this may delay you getting your refund. Please make sure you send the device to Pawfit immediately, as Pawfit must receive it within 14 days of the return authorisation date to process the refund. If the device is damaged due to reasons that are not covered by Pawfit's warranty, it is not eligible for a refund.
- your refund will be paid to the original payment account within 5 working days after the refund request is accepted by Pawfit.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply. For more refund information, please contact the Pawfit support team by emailing to support@pawfit.com.
h. Product Warranty Policy
The 18-month limited warranty starts from the date of purchase from an authorised retailer, which covers manufacturing defects. If comes to replacement or upgrade devices, it can be a new 90-day warranty, or will continue with the original warranty, whichever is longer. Warranty does not cover lost or damaged items.
i. Cancelling the Services.
You may cancel a Service at any time, with or without cause. If you request a cancellation and refund before the commencement date, you may do it via the Pawfit APP by navigating to 'Profile-> User Profile-> Subscription-> Subscription Details' and tap the Refund button. To cancel a Service and request a refund after the commencement date, if you are entitled to one, please email to support@pawfit.com. You should refer to the offer describing the Services as
- you may not receive a refund at the time of cancellation;
- you may be obligated to pay cancellation charges;
- you may be obligated to pay all charges made to your billing account for the Services before the date of cancellation;
- you may lose access to the paid Services when you cancel a Service.
If you cancel a Service, your access to the Services ends at the end of your current Service period and you will not be able to access any Service period which is not yet in force.
j. Payments to You.
If we owe you a payment, then you agree to timely and accurately provide us with any information we need to get that payment to you. You are responsible for any taxes and charges you may incur as a result of this payment to you. You must also comply with any other conditions we place on your right to any payment. If you receive a payment in error, we may reverse or require return of the payment. You agree to cooperate with us in our efforts to do this. We may reduce the payment to you without notice to adjust for any previous overpayment.
k. Price Changes.
We may change the price of the Services at any time and if you have a recurring purchase, we will notify you through the Pawfit APP, by email, and other reasonable manners, at least 15 days before the price change. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel and stop using the Services before the price change takes effect. If there is a fixed term and price for your Service offer, that price will remain in force for the fixed term.
